    Great value for essential supplement!!!!

    Good size pill to swallow. Good quality, all round great value. If you get a tooth infection or any infection larger dose of thesd will help get rid of it. Also needed while taking weight training supplements. I swear by Zinc along with vit B12. Always consult your Dr first but in general great especially for male health. A* for value Vs Product here.

    A cost effective important supplement to improve immune system

    We have used this product for several months in an attempt to improve our immune systems. Obviously we have no objective way of assessing how much improvement there has been but then again by the same token we have nothing to indicate that it is in any way not effective. As zinc is such an important supplement we will continue to take these which have proven to be more cost effecive than any rival we have found
