The capabilities of this watch are somewhat exaggerated. Only accurate things on it are date & time but only once it has been paired up with your phone. I couldn't figure out how to do that but my young lodger kindly sorted it for me. Please don't ever rely on this watch for accurate blood pressure or pulse monitoring, it is nowhere near. Due to high BP I have two Omeron PB monitors and they always match each other but this watch measured BP very much lower. Screen is also very hard to read.
