It's pretty standard magnesium complex, they come in plastic tablets and there's a fair amount. I use them before bed to help me sleep and they've improved it a little bit but I have some horrible sleeping issues so if you have mild ones magnesium is worth trying.

They are big capsules, but they are possible to swallow. I get cramps in my legs all the time - these capsules help a lot to get rid of them. Well, I still get cramps, but very mild and very manageable. Will continue to use them for sure.

    I was experiencing restless leg syndrome and poor sleep due to adopting a ketogenic diet, both signs of magnesium deficiency. After buying this supplement I take one capsule in the morning and one with my last meal of the day and no longer have to deal with muscle spasms or rapid heartbeat when trying to sleep.
